We quote around your website requirements rather than publish fixed prices. Your hosting quote will identify the proposed solution, agreed inclusions, billing and renewal terms, and any separately scoped work.

Backup availability, frequency, retention, restore access and any restoration fees must be confirmed for the selected arrangement. Do not assume these are included before the terms are agreed.

Already hosted elsewhere? We can assess and plan the move. We first review compatibility, access, website data and connected services, then agree the migration work, timing, responsibilities and any charges before changes are made.

We plan the changeover to reduce avoidable disruption, but zero downtime cannot be promised before the website, DNS and current hosting setup have been assessed. The migration plan identifies the proposed sequence, checks and any known continuity risks.

SSL availability, setup and renewal responsibilities are confirmed for the selected hosting arrangement. We do not assume a particular certificate or inclusion until the website requirements and proposal have been agreed.

We can review the domain records and email dependencies connected to the move. Any DNS changes or Business Email work are confirmed in the migration scope before implementation, because email is not automatically included with hosting.

Business Email is a connected but separate service; it is not automatically included in these hosting options. We review your mailboxes and domain settings and confirm any inclusion or separate costs before changing hosting.

Server location and infrastructure depend on the confirmed offering. Tell us any location or operational requirements so these can be assessed before selection; serving UAE businesses does not imply UAE-based servers.

Any availability commitment, exclusions, support hours, channels and response terms must be confirmed in the service agreement. No specific uptime or response time is assumed on this page.

Website edits, platform updates and ongoing application maintenance are separate responsibilities unless specifically included in the agreement. We clarify who handles each part before setup.
