Can we keep our existing domain?
Usually, if you control the domain and can authorise changes to its settings. We review the existing configuration and connected services before confirming setup requirements. Domain registration and renewal are separate unless agreed otherwise.
Can you create email addresses for my team?
Team addresses can be planned around named users and business roles. We confirm the mailbox count, address types, permissions and any separate charges against the chosen offering before setup.
Can you help configure Outlook and mobile devices?
Tell us which applications and devices your team uses. Compatibility and setup requirements depend on the selected service and application versions. We confirm the supported configuration assistance, responsibilities and any charges before setup. Outlook access does not mean a Microsoft 365 subscription is included.
Can you migrate our existing emails?
We can assess the move using the existing provider, mailbox configuration, available data and account access. The agreed plan identifies what can be transferred, any exclusions and the changeover checks. Complete historical migration or uninterrupted service is not assumed.
Will our old emails be preserved?
Preservation depends on the source system, available access, mailbox data and any local-only archives. We assess what can be transferred and identify exclusions before the migration is agreed; complete historical preservation cannot be promised in advance.
What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
They are domain-level email authentication controls that help receiving systems check whether messages are authorised and how certain failures should be handled. The records appropriate to the selected email service can be reviewed during setup, but they do not create an absolute deliverability guarantee.
Is Business Email included with Web Hosting?
They are connected but separate NEST8 services. Business Email is not automatically included with every hosting option. Any combined scope and charges are confirmed in your proposal.
How much mailbox storage do I receive?
Storage and attachment limits are confirmed for the selected offering before you commit. Share your current usage and expected needs so these can be considered; no allowance is assumed on this page.
What happens when an employee joins or leaves?
Agree who can authorise account creation, access changes and closure. For departures, decisions about messages, access and any retention need to follow your business requirements and the chosen service. Administration work and charges are defined in the scope.
